The Spray-and-Go Deodorant

It seems like everywhere I look these days there's a promotion for dry antiperspirant sprays. Though the formula isn't popular in the states, in Europe it's much more prevalent. I've always been a bit intrigued by the ease of a spay-and-go deodorant but since I sweat quite a bit I wasn't sure if it would give me the coverage I need. Dove, Degree and Axe all just released new dry sprays but when I saw that they were on sale I opted to try the Degree MotionSense DrySpray Antiperspirant in Shower Clean.

The Winter Bronzer

With my incredibly light skin, wearing bronzer can be a bit tricky, especially in the winter when my skin is at its lightest and the lack of sunlight leaves my face looking a bit dead. The bronzers I wear during the rest of the year seem a bit too harsh in the winter and my taupe contouring blush, though it defines my cheekbones, doesn'tt add that breath of life to my face. But I've found just the thing to perk up fair-skinned faces like my own.

Review + Giveaway | SINFUL REWARDS 7 by Cynthia Sax

Bee Carter has been offered everything she has ever dreamed of—a caring, lasting relationship with a handsome, often charming billionaire; the permanent home she's never had but has always craved; and wealth to buy the designer fashions she loves, support her hard-working mother, and ensure her acceptance by Chicago's elite.

To obtain what she's desired for so long, she has to do only two things: Walk away from her best friend, a woman who is destined to betray her … and end her passionate nightly encounters with a certain tattooed biker, a former Marine who can never give her what she needs.

Her answer should be clear, but the heart has a way of complicating even the most straightforward decisions.

Cris Reviews | EOS Hand Lotion

One thing you can say about EOS is they sure know how to package their products. We all know their trademark spherical lip balms, yes? Well, their Berry Blossom Hand Lotion is no exception. It's ergonomically designed to fit perfectly and comfortably in your hand and the interlocking closure means you'll never have to worry about it spilling in your handbag. Plus, it's kind of pretty to look at.

A Few LUSH Treats

For Christmas one of my coworkers got me some lovely goodies from LUSH which I've had my eye on for quite some time. It's been years since I've tried anything from the brand but I've always admired their commitment to making fresh, handmade cosmetics that are both vegetarian and vegan, their environmentally conscious packaging and their fight against animal testing. I've heard so many people rave about their bath bombs and shower gels that I knew I needed to give them a try. Here's what I got and what I thought:

Finding Your Perfect Foundation Color Match

There is nothing worse than shelling out big bucks on a foundation and then having the color be just a tad too dark or too light. Of course, if that does happen you can always try and even out the color by mixing it with other foundations but the goal here is to find your perfect shade match. There are several different ways to go about finding your ideal match.

What I've Been Watching | December 2014

December was a very busy month between prepping for the holidays and work, and unfortunately the amount of TV shows I was able to watch reflects it. I think this was also due to so many shows having "Fall Finales" and taking a winter break near the beginning of the month. There just didn't seem to be much to watch. I've scrounged through what I've been watching lately (some on Netflix) and put together a list of my December TV Favorites.

Revlon ColorStay Gel Envy Nail Enamel in Queen of Hearts

You know when you love a product's formula so much that you just want to buy it in a ton of colors? Well that has been my experience with Revlon's ColorStay Gel Envy Nail Enamel. It has a smooth, streak-free formula and a flat, wide brush that makes application a breeze. Plus, with up to 10 days of wear-time without chipping (I've tested it) and an incredibly glossy finish, these polishes are incomparable. After purchasing Wild Card, a bright mid-toned blue, and falling in love I knew I had to add another color to my collection.

Monthly Beauty Favorites | December 2014

The month of December was a bit odd beauty-wise for me, between illnesses and holiday parties. I started off the month without any real stand-out favorites but Christmas brought me some new loves to obsess over. Here are some of the products that ruled my beauty routine in December.
