MY THOUGHTS
If you were hoping for some more Neurotic Bee then you're in luck because Bee's recurring worries about finances rear their ugly head yet again. But like the darling, protective, sweet man he is, Hawke always finds a way of addressing and soothing her fears head on. Much as we all suspected, Hawke's finances are very different from what Bee assumed. He's adorably thrilled that she chose him above Nicholas and all others in spite of his perceived lack of finances and the security she has always craved. Although Bee's obsession with money has annoyed me a bit throughout the series, I see how important it is in establishing that she always wanted and loved Hawke above anyone else, in spite of his lack of wealth, fashion sense and ability to give her the security she desires. She loves him for him, not for his bank account, and now he knows for certain.
Sinful Rewards 10 packs some serious heat. Perhaps even more than some of the recent installments. Hawke and Bee can't seem to keep their hands off each other, even with frequent emergency interruptions. So many dirty, delicious scenes with an exhibitionist twist that really make this book a scorcher.
The only downside to Sinful Rewards 10 is knowing that there are only two more installments left in the series. This novella is just as addictive as its predecessors and filled with even more sexy-sweet goodness. I doubt that I'll ever be able to get enough of Hawke. That man is just...everything. Keep 'em coming, Cynthia Sax, and I'll most definitely keep reading 'em.
